****PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING- Due to the nature of the session, for safety reasons, we ask that your little ones participating in the session be able to sit up without falling over on their own.
This mini is going to get messy!!! It’s time again for our Mud and Truck Minis!!! Get down and dirty as your little one plays in the mud with a plethora of different trucks. Gasp as they get dirty from head to toe, all while I capture this perfect memory on my camera. This year they will take place on Sunday, May 5th. Space is limited so book your spot today.

Other Information
Please note that digital download of the images is not included with the session fee. The session fee covers the photographer’s time and talent, along with the set up of the outdoor scene and travel.
When you book your session with Matt and Shea Photography, your specific time is removed from our calendar and not offered to anyone else, and due to this, deposits are non-refundable.
Please take into account nap time for your little one, we want them to be in their best mood.
If the weather is not cooperating according to the forecast on the morning of your session, we will reschedule you for a different day. There is no penalty for weather reschedules.
If you believe your child to be sick, please contact us so we can reschedule you. Your health and the health of our clients is very important to us, and we want you and your little one to look their absolute best!!!
If you need to cancel your session for any reason, or that you need to reschedule, please contact the studio at 423-521-7427 within 24 hours so we can move you. If we are not contacted and no one shows up at the arranged time, the deposit is forfeited.
FAQs
I might run behind, but for good reason:)
Mini sessions usually last between 20-30 mins, however, I want everyone that books to have a great experience with this mini. With that said there is always a little one that might be less than excited about having their picture made that day, or fell asleep on the way to the session, or didn’t get a nap….etc. When that happens I will take the extra time to let them acclimate to their surroundings and my team. Therefore I may run behind at some point during the day. But as a father of 6, I understand the frustrations of trying to get a good picture of your little one and would venture to say that most you do as well… So please have patience if we run behind because I would do the same thing for your session.
Are Digitals Included in the Session Fee?
This is the question that I get asked the most, “Are digitals included in the session fee?”. The answer to that question is no, they are not. Digitals for this session are $175 or $150 for plan members. Here is what your session fee covers:
the time and talent of my team
specialized props or use of studios props for that session
the editing time from your session, removing snot, or bruises, and making your picture look the best it could possibly look
it includes a one on one ordering consult should you with to do that instead of purchasing a package the day of your session
Finally it includes a logged social sample that will be posted to our social media pages
Ability Requirement
I do ask that all the children participating be able to sit-up by themselves completely without any help. The nature of this mini session, its props and location are not conducive. Not only would the posing be extremely limited, but if your little one can’t catch themselves, they could get hurt. My number one concern has always been your child’s safety.
Dirt Don’t Hurt
This session is going to get messy!!!! Dirt is going to happen, mud is going to be throw, and they ARE going to get messy. Please bring a change of clothing for them to travel home in, I would also recommend having an old bedsheet to put over their seat to protect your car.
What to wear
Traditionally I have asked parents to get little ones in overalls or jeans with white t-shirts, but feel free to bring them in whatever you would like, just understand that it will be needing a really good wash after the session.
Session Fees are Non-Refundable
Session fees are non refundable. We will however transfer your session fee in studio credit toward another session if you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
